New Client Rolfing® Sessions (75 minutes) $250.00
The initial session involves a comprehensive intake and assessment to tailor your Rolfing experience. We'll begin by enhancing your breathing quality through targeted work on the arms, rib cage, and diaphragm. This session also starts to release tension in the upper legs, hamstrings, neck, and spine.
Rolfing® Sessions - 2nd to 10th - (60 minutes) $225.00
Myofascial Release Session (50 minutes)- Area specific neck, shoulders, back... $200.00

ARRIVAL: Please be advised that the front door for the waiting room might be locked, if sessions are in progress.
You will be admitted at the time of your appointment.
WHAT TO WEAR?
Rolfing & Structural Integration bodywork involves active client participation, It is important that you come with appropriate attire. If you prefer to receive the work fully clothed, please wear cotton loose fitting clothing // no sports bras and no leggings or thick Lycra.
- Do not apply lotions or oils on your skin before sessions.
- WOMAN: regular bra or sports bra (No cross-back style), cotton gym shorts
- MEN: Cotton boxer-briefs or cotton gym shorts
PAYMENT: The preferred payment methods for regular clients are cash or check prefered.
Payments made via debit or Credit Card may be subject to a 3% processing fee.
CANCELLATIONS - We use the honor system
Cancellations before 24 hours: Free/No Fee
Cancellations within 24 hours: Due to unexpected emergencies (accidents, hospitalizations, etc): Free/No Fee
Due to sickness are handled as follows: (1st time - Free/No Fee, 2nd time - charged 50% of session value, 3rd time - 75%, 4th time - 100%)
All others: 100% of the session’s value due.
COVID: Your health and comfort is very important to us, masks recommended if preferred.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Available for purchase online and at the office. Expire within 12 months of date purchased, unless booked before expiration.
CHILDREN’S CLINIC: Legally, individuals under 18 years-of-age must arrive with an adult guardian or written/signed permission of all legal guardians to receive bodywork.
INSURANCE: We are unable to accept insurance for our services.
No Tipping: Tips are neither expected nor accepted.
