Hey there, thank you for considering Rolfing as the next step of your healing journey. I’m a Certified Rolfer and Structural Integration Practitioner, trained at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute in Boulder, Co. I'm also a member of ABMP and CMTC, with additional foundation in psychology through a B.S. degree, which helps me bring a holistic touch to my practice.

My journey into the world of bodywork began with a deeply personal experience that led me to explore alternative healing methods. During this time, I discovered Rolfing and myofascial therapy. Witnessing the transformative effects—such as softened scar tissue, increased range of motion, and renewed confidence—solidified my purpose: to guide and support others on their healing paths.

My purpose is to educate and increase body awareness by refining movement patterns for overall well-being. Correcting postural imbalances, chronic pain management, injury recovery and prevention, scar tissue softening, and helping on rehabilitating repetitive strain injuries (RSI).

Fluent in both English and Spanish, I'm excited about the opportunity to collaborate with those looking to reclaim their wellness and find balance in their bodies. Whether you're struggling with postural challenges, recovering from injuries or simply aiming for improved overall health and alignment. I'm here to walk alongside you on your personalized journey to wellness.
